TENIOS is a German cloud communications provider. Its platform covers Voice API, intelligent call routing, speech synthesis and speech recognition, and it is used by business customers to run inbound and outbound conversations at scale. The company operates from Germany and serves customers across the DACH region.
Why it sits in the portfolio
TENIOS became part of the group in 2022, when Apifonica acquired the company. The logic was the same one that brought us to Apifonica: voice and messaging infrastructure is technically demanding, commercially sticky and hard to remove once it is embedded in a customer's process. TENIOS added a German customer base and a German operating entity to a platform that already had the technology.
