Apifonica published a case study on 24 February 2025 describing a unified SIP trunk supplied to Nova Post, a logistics operator expanding across Europe. According to that account, the arrangement let the operator run inbound and outbound calls in twelve European markets without signing a telecom contract in any of them, using local virtual numbers provisioned on a single trunk.

The argument Apifonica makes is administrative as much as technical. It says numbers are provisioned in under 48 hours when a new market opens, that all traffic routes to one global call centre, and that the whole European estate arrives on a single invoice. It reports total traffic above 50,000 minutes a month and 99.99 per cent network uptime, with no downtime during the rollout. The figures are Apifonica’s own and have not been independently verified.

Apifonica describes itself as one of several telecom suppliers to the company, and says messaging and automation may be added later.
